A little crowded. They were busy which is good. Polite,very helpful and price was very reasonable. I will deal with them from now on. Always good when a place of business leaves you with a good impression. Kudos to Giant Tire in Margate Fl. St.Rd. 7.

I have been taking our SUV's to Giant Tire since last year. Bob was always honest, fair, generous and the work that was performed was always great. Earlier this year, I bought Tires for my SUV. I was told that because my tires were wearing evenly, an Alignment was not necessary at that time. I brought my SUV back in August to finally get an Alignment and have my tires balanced and I asked if they could evaluate the front end and let me know if everything was okay. I was told that everything looked good, except for the upper Control Arms. They told me that there is no need to get an Alignment if I was going to have the Control Arms replaced. They ordered the control arms and I brought my SUV back in September to have them replaced. I had the day off and decided to wait. My SUV was brought into the shop and sat in the bay for roughly 2 hours. The Mechanic assigned started to work on my SUV. He didn't seem very friendly, so I kept my distance. It took the Mechanic most of the morning to install both control arms. By 1pm, the mechanic went to lunch and when he returned my SUV was finally put on the Alignment Rack. My SUV was on the Rack for 20 minutes. I do know that a full Alignment if done thoroughly takes longer than that. The mechanic then decided to drive my car. Usually Bob will drive and check the cars out. The mechanic decided to go on a joy ride with my SUV. When He returned I paid the Bill and left. I then noticed that there was grease on my rug and door panel inside and on the outside. I drove out and right away I heard a noise coming from the front end. I took my SUV back and I was told that a metal cap from the Ball Joint on the left side was wedged between the brake caliper and the rotor. The mechanic that drove the car was too busy with the joy ride to hear the noise from the front end. It was removed and I left. The car did not feel good driving, as if the Alignment was totally off. I decided to take the car to another place to get a second opinion. They called me and told me that while trying to align the car, they noticed that the Caster was giving negative numbers and told me that the new Control Arms were installed on the wrong sides. I was very upset and bothered by this, how could someone who supposedly knows what their doing make such a stupid mistake, especially when the Control Arms are marked left and right. I told them to go ahead and fix the issue and make it right. They fixed the problem and realigned the car. It is driving 100% better now. I probably should of brought the Car back to have Giant fix it, but I was very mad about this and I didn't want to start anything and I knew that it would turn into an argument and I wasn't sure if I can trust them to fix the issue. I also figured out that when my car was on the Alignment Rack, that an alignment could not have been done on the car. He would have seen the same negative readings as the other shop, and should not have released the car. I still believe that they are very nice there, but they should evaluate their Mechanics and not let a car leave without being thoroughly looked over so this doesn't keep happening. This could have ruined my tires and or cause an accident.

Very good experience with this tire shop. I had a flat tire, but did not want to replace the tire. They were able to use a plug the hole (not on the sidewall). Quick and reasonably priced.

Excellent service, definitely family owned and operated, no job too small mentality. I took my trailer tire in for service, they happily mounted my tire on it and charged me a fair price. As a consumer this resonates with me, and I would not hesitate to now take my 3 cars here for service.

I brought in my mother’s car to have them check an indicator light coming up on her 2019 Toyota. I left them with both keys, as this problem was happening with one key and not the other, we also asked for an oil change as well. Lynn helped us on the phone, and was super nice and pleasant while we were there, as well as super nice and pleasant during 3 or 4 calls I had with her. I personally was driving this vehicle for the past 10 days while my mother was away. I dropped it off at about 2:30 PM on a Monday afternoon. Didn’t hear from them at all on Monday, so k called on Tuesday. They say that they didn’t see any indicator light, found no problem, did the oil change, and charged me about 75 dollars. We discussed the light which had to do with the power steering, and I was told that the car has electric power steering, and since the light wasn’t coming in for them, there was nothing to do about it. I found it difficult to understand how they did not see the indicator light, since I’ve been seeing it for 3 days. Anyway, I trusted that they say all was good, and let Lynn know I will not make it by 5pm. She took my payment over the phone and said she would lock up the keys inside, and I would come later and use our valet key to enter the vehicle for pick up. This is how that went . I came at 6:01, and went to the car, the valet key in and the entire lock mechanism fell out onto the floor, and then went to the handle which came completely off. I was in shock, so I went to the door and they were still there. I walked in to a man named John, and he came out and looked, and said “ Oh I can’t answer for this, let me get Bob” so I follow him back in and he calls Bob……as he does, I see that my keys are laying on the desk, instead of in the car, where Lynn said they would be. Bob comes out and I start to explain the problem, and before even coming ou was pulling he’s already telling me that it’s impossible that it happened here. We never used the lock, we just used the clicker. We get to the car and he is holding the piece in his hands, and saying “so tell me how I did this”…..”we didn’t do this”…..he didn’t even really want to look at it, and maybe say let me take a look, and see if I can help……nothing except denial any wrong doing or any responsibility. I am 1000 percent positive that this issue was not an issue when I dropped off the car. I was so angry……not really at the fact that the door handle was broken, but at the fact that from the minute I said there was an issue inside, he was already in the denial mode……..and for such a supposedly reputable company to act like that was infuriating, I said a few choice words, which probably could have been phrased differently, but he was so……not interested in my issue. I told him I own a business in Margate as well for 20 years, and I though that his way of handling this matter was seriously lacking in the customer service category. He replied “ Check my reviews, i have great reviews, and I run a great business” . So now you can check my review. I will also be contacting the BBB to file a complaint. The only good thing about this experience was Lynn. UPDATE…..COST 508.00 to fix this issue. And a lot of aggravation. I’ve read all your reviews, and you have answered most everyone’s good and bad. Mine not so much. 👎👎.

So bought a used low mileage fusion that would cause the wheel to shake. Had free time so I called ahead and said they would take me. Took my info and I was in and out tires balanced and rotated and a nail removed and patched. Sat and watched and I can say the shop is well managed and communication is done between employees. competitive pricing and friendly technicians. I have been to other places and I can say it was a pleasure to be a customer here. Would def go back if other services are required.
